Connie Gibilaro is an associate at Codispoti & Associates, P.C. Connie’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, business disputes, real estate transactions, intellectual property (copyright and trademark), and estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Connie served as a law clerk at Ladas & Parry, LLP in the firm’s New York office, where she was involved in trademark prosecution and brand name searches. In addition, Connie has volunteered as a legislative researcher for the New York State Assembly District 46, and planned and organized campaign fundraisers within Brooklyn, New York to raise awareness for upcoming elections.

In 2009, Connie received her B.A. from Fairfield University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She was also a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society, and served as the Captain of Fairfield University’s Varsity Cheerleading Team.

In 2012, Connie received her J.D. from New York Law School and graduated cum laude. During law school, Connie was a member of New York Law School’s Moot Court Association and was the recipient of the Best Brief Award at DePaul University’s Moot Court Competition in 2012.
