Biography
Colton Posey is an Associate of Codispoti & Associates, P.C. He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Colton is a first-year associate focusing in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and real estate.
During his time at New York Law School, Colton was extensively involved with multiple student organizations. Colton served as both President and Fashion Chair of the Media, Entertainment, and Fashion Law Association, Vice President of OutLaws, Student Bar Association Senator, and was appointed as a Student Ambassador of New York Law School. Colton was also active with the NYLS faculty, having served as the Research Assistant for a professor's published article examining whether art created by artificial intelligence can be protected under copyright law.
