Biography

Peter J. Karuppiah is an Associate at Codispoti & Associates, P.C. He practices in the areas of corporate and real estate law and is highly involved in all areas of legal practice within the firm’s litigation, arbitration, and transactional matters. He concentrates on representing the interests of clients from business formation, contract agreements, business dissolution, all aspects of residential and commercial real property transactions, and leasing. 

Born in Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Karuppiah received his B.A. from Soka University of America in 2010, where he concentrated in Humanities studying philosophy and literature, was captain of the varsity men’s soccer team, and served as the student government president of the Soka Student Union from 2009-2010. After moving to New York and working in the non-profit sector, he received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2018. While at BLS, he earned a Certificate in Real Estate and gained unique transactional experience as part of the law school Corporate and Real Estate Clinic which provides free legal assistance for financially distressed low-income cooperatives. 

Mr. Karuppiah joined Codispoti & Associates, P.C. in 2017 as a Law Clerk and became an Associate after being admitted to practice before the New York Bar.
